Jorge Cabranes City Employee of the Month

Mayor Johnson, Officer Cabranes and Chief Lau

Congratulations to Officer Jorge Cabranes for being chosen the City of Titusville’s Employee of the Month!
Officer Cabranes, who just celebrated his one year mark with the department, was presented the honor from Titusville City Manager, Scott Larese, on Tuesday August 22nd 2017, during the City Council Special Recognitions meeting at City Hall.

Officer Cabranes was recognized for his extraordinary effort in locating and apprehending two vehicle burglary suspects during a crime in progress on Raney Road.
The two suspects victimized several community members that evening, and as a result of his proactive tactics and tenacity, Officer Cabranes was able to bring both suspects into custody, stopping their crime spree.
The Titusville Police Department is truly grateful for his dedication, and this award is a City-wide “Thank You” to Officer Jorge Cabranes, for his tireless work effort and endless fight to end the crime of vehicles burglaries within Titusville.
