SUV Hits Motorcycle Head On

Titusville Police Officers responded to a traffic crash at the intersection of Park Avenue and Golfview Drive on Saturday March 18th 2017 at approximately 3:15 AM.
The preliminary investigation has revealed that a 2013 Nissan Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) driven by Curtea Williams, 29, of Titusville was traveling northbound on Park Avenue. Williams veered into the southbound lane and struck motorcyclist, Ronald James Bastine, 27, and passenger, Mariah Lorraine Brockman, 23, both of Cape Canaveral, head on.
The impact of the crash threw Bastine and Brockman off the 2001 Suzuki motorcycle they were riding.
Bastine sustained serious injuries and Brockman’s injuries are unknown at this time. They were airlifted to local hospitals.
Williams and her passenger did not sustain any injuries.
This is an ongoing active traffic crash investigation being conducted by the Titusville Police Department.
