Week of May 28 - Monday’s collection for garbage and yard waste will be on Tuesday and Tuesday’s collection will be on Wednesday. There will be no other changes for the week.

Arrest Made in Aggravated Child Abuse of Infant

Titusville police have made an arrest in connection with the aggravated abuse of a two month old infant.
 
Treasure Lee Coffman, 19, of Titusville, was arrested Wednesday March 8th 2017 at approximately 6:30 PM and charged with two counts of Aggravated Child Abuse and one count of Child Neglect.
  
On March 8th 2017 at approximately 12:00 AM police responded Parrish Medical Center to a report of child abuse of an infant.
 
The investigation revealed that the infant had new and healing fractures of the ribs, both legs and an arm.
 
Treasure Lee Coffman is currently being held at the Brevard County Jail with no bond.
