CAUTION: The City of Titusville has received several complaints from citizens in reference to receiving fraudulent telephone calls from subjects claiming to be with the utility department. If you receive a telephone call of this nature and are unsure about the origin of the call, please immediately hang up and contact your local law enforcement agency for further assistance.

Detectives Seeking Armed Robbery Suspects

Titusville Police responded to a report of an armed robbery at approximately 9:30 PM on Monday December 19th 2016.
 
The preliminary investigation has revealed that two suspects, one of which was armed with a firearm, entered the back door of Ice House Foods Restaurant located at 2850 South Washington Avenue.
 
The suspects forced the employees into a walk in freezer, then preceded to steal money from the business office and leave the scene. One employee was injured with a non-life threatening injury, treated and released from a local hospital.  
 
Surveillance footage shows the two suspects concealed their identity by covering their faces and wearing long sleeved clothing.
