The City of Titusville, Florida / NewsMonthly Marina Newsletter - Manager's Corner The first of October is Siegel Gallagher's one year anniversary of assuming the management role for the marina. It has been a pleasure getting to know everyone and we look forward to continue serving you.
If you haven't noticed our docks are filling up quickly and with that you can expect more usage of the facilities. On top of that the fall season is here and the cruisers will begin heading south shortly and we get many transient customers.
The City of Titusville is aware of the shower/restroom issue and they understand how important it is to their customers. That is why they are fast-tracking the restroom project. Bids for the work are due to the building department by October 4th and it is scheduled to go before council on October 11th. Work should begin shortly after.
During the project there will be a portable trailer with showers and toilets set up for your use while the restrooms are down. If you have any questions just give us a call or stop by. We appreciate your patience as we upgrade our amenities for your pleasure.
Speaking of amenities, we are also in the process of turning the manager's office into an indoor boater's lounge for those cool nights and with A/C for the hot days, along with new furniture, television and microwave.
From all of the feedback we received the consensus is that the Sonny's BBQ Catering was a Hit! We are very happy that you enjoyed it and congratulations to the winners.
As always, if there is anything we can do for you just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
