Q: How do I get a copy of the incident report generated from my emergency?

A: 

If the emergency was not medically-related, such as a house or vehicle fire or a service call, contact our Administration offices (321) 383-5708 and a copy of the report will be provided to you.

If the emergency was medically-related, such as an illness or injuries sustained, additional requirements are needed to protect the confidential medical information of the patient before a copy of the report can be released: 

(Requests for ambulance transport reports and transport-related billings should be directed to the transport provider: Brevard County Public Safety, 321-633-2056.)
