The Planning and Zoning Commission has seven regular members and two alternate members appointed by City Council to two-year terms. All members must be a registered voter in the City and a resident for at least one year prior to appointment.
The Planning and Zoning Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council in all matters relating to the Comprehensive Plan and is responsible for reviewing zoning changes and plans for all phases of community improvement.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 6 p.m. at City Hall in the Council Chamber, 555 South Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida.
